In my previous blog we explained the importance of approaching Sales through a Structured Sales process. Now let us find out, do Organizations dealing in online sales and services or wanting to deal, need a Sales process or not. In my previous blog we also saw that successful sales persons use Sales process consistently. But they do it because they know the potential customer is watching every move and their behavior is under scrutiny; Not only from potential customer but from his supervisor too.   And they better be impressive. Otherwise failure is guaranteed.

What about Online Sales websites? Do they follow a Sales Process? Does Amazon or Flipkart need a Sales Process? Or do they just blast people out there with advertisements of products cheaper than market and bludgeon them to buy? Well the answer is every company or even an individual who’s doing business online or  aspires to must have an Online Sales Process.
